Are the MicroAmp Optical 96-Well Reaction Plates and MicroAmp Optical 384 -Well Reaction Plates autoclavable?

Our microplates are certified to be DNA, RNase and PCR inhibitor free as long as they are kept in the original packaging bag. They are not meant to be autoclaved.

Can I use MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346907) for qPCR, and how is it different from MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate with Barcode, 0.1 mL (Cat No. 4346906)?

Yes, the MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plates, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346907) can be used for qPCR. You can confirm this on the product page, next to "related applications".
However, please note that these plates may not be compatible with all qPCR instruments. The main difference between MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plate, 0.1 mL and the MicroAmp Fast Optical 96-Well Reaction Plates with Barcode, 0.1 mL (Cat. No. 4346906) is that the latter plates have a barcode. Additionally, a box of Cat. No. 4346906 contains 20 plates, whereas a box of Cat. No. 4346907 contains 10 plates.
