Can I cut an Optical Adhesive seal in half to fit the 48well StepOne system plate?

It is not recommended that you do so. Please use the MicroAmp 48-Well Optical Adhesive Film (P/N 4375928).

Can the MicroAmp Optical Adhesive Film be used with MicroAmp Optical Tubes?

No. The Optical Adhesive Film is recommended for use only with the MicroAmp Optical 96-well Reaction Plate (with or without barcode) and MicroAmp 384-well Optical Reaction Plate.
