The Hepatitis A Virus Detection Kit has been tested and is compatible with Applied Biosystems ABI Prism 7300, 7500, StepOne and StepOnePlus, PikoReal, Stratagene Mx3000P and Mx4000, and Roche Lightcycler 480. Use a calibrated thermocycler for the fluorescence channel reading FAM, TAMRA, VIC and ROX or equivalent. If not, make a color calibration on the instrument.
