The DS-33 GeneScan Install Kit Dx w/ GeneScan 600 LIZ Size Standard v2.0 Dx consists of pooled PCR products labeled with 6-FAM, VIC, NED, and PET dyes. To generate the pooled products, Human DNA is amplified with eight fluorescent PCR primer pairs, which amplify selected microsatellite loci (as listed in the package product insert). The kit also contains a tube of GeneScan 600 LIZ Size Standard v2.0 Dx (Cat. No. A25794).
