QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR System Training, 1 day, customer site
Learn the fundamental knowledge necessary to perform digital PCR using the QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR System. This course is conducted at the participant’s location and provides professional, interactive education that includes classroom training delivered by a Field Application Scientist (FAS). Covered topics include the theory of digital PCR, a hands-on demonstration of the workflow, and an interactive data analysis session. At the conclusion of this course, participants should be able to:
• Explain how absolute quantification is performed by digital PCR
• Discuss the applications that can be performed using the QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR System
• Perform and analyze a digital PCR experiment
Tuition includes*:
• Trainer travel expenses
• Training kit reagents required for completion of the course
• Maximum 2 people per training
*The participant is responsible for providing an appropriate training facility, QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR System, QuantStudio 3D Digital PCR 20K Chip Kit V2, and basic laboratory equipment (e.g., pipettes, plate sealers or film, plates, centrifuge, etc.).
