Analyses on my local Ion Reporter server are running slow. What can I do to improve the speed?

While launching too many analyses at the same time can cause slowness, server resources are split between running analyses and visualization of data. You can choose to optimize these resources to run more concurrent analyses and have them complete faster, if desired. Or you can choose to optimize these resources to run fewer concurrent analysis and dedicate more resources to visualization, if that is a priority. This balance can be adjusted at any time by your Ion Reporter organization administrator.
