What does it mean if the "Formulation" section of a PeproTech Certificate of Analysis for a recombinant protein states "Lyophilized with no additives"? How should I reconstitute the product?

For the PeproTech products "lyophilized with no additives" it means that the solvents present during the lyophilization process evaporate out. For most of these products, we generally recommend using water for the initial reconstitution. However, this is not always the case. Therefore, we advise referring to the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for the most accurate reconstitution instructions for each vial.
