Wellwash Versa is integrateable; basic Wellwash is not.

50-400 μL for 96 well plates, 20-120 μL for 384 well plates (384-well on Versa only) for dispense volumes are allowed.
50-1000 μL for 96 well plates, and 20-300 μL for 384 well plates (384-well on Versa only) wash volumes are allowed.
Residual volume is less than 1.5 μL for both models.

Only the Wellwash Versa (Cat. No. 5165010 or 5165050) can wash 384-well plates. Washing 384-well plates requires the 16-tip wash head, which must be ordered separately (Cat. No. N10803).
Only the Wellwash Versa can be used to wash cells (Cat. Nos. 5165010 or 5165050). Cell washing requires the special cell wash head which must be ordered separately (Cat. No. N10802.)
If you are only performing ELISAs in 96 well plates, you do not need to order anything extra. 5165000 Wellwash ships with one 8-tip wash head, 1 wash bottle and 1 waste bottle. 5165040 Wellwash ships with one 12-tip wash head, 1 wash bottle and 1 waste bottle. 5165010 Wellwash Versa ships with two 8-tip wash heads, 3 wash bottles and 1 waste bottle. 5165050 Wellwash Versa ships with two 12-tip wash heads, 3 wash bottles and 1 waste bottle. If you are washing adherent cells in 96 well plates on Wellwash Versa, you must order the special cell wash head (Cat. No. N10802). If you are washing 384 well plates on Wellwash Versa, you must order the 16-tip wash head (Cat. No. N10803.) Extra wash bottles, waste bottles, and bottle stands my be ordered separately as well.
For the 8- or 12-tip wash heads, dispensing accuracy is less than 5% at 300 μl and dispensing precision is less than 3% (CV) at 300 μl. If better accuracy and precision are required, please see our Multidrop Combi benchtop dispenser at https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/5840300
The following parts are autoclavable: cell wash head, liquid containers, liquid container caps, intake tubes, priming vessel, tube connectors.
The following parts are NOT AUTOCLAVABLE: aerosol cover, blank wash head, liquid filters, liquid level sensor assemblies, sensor nut, 1x8 wash heads, 1x12 wash heads, 1x16 wash heads.
Yes, all wash heads are calibrated before they ship from the factory.
Yes, both microplate washers carry the following certifications: CE, cSGSus, CSA, NRTL, UL, RoHS.
It is normal for the tips to drip while positioned above the Priming Vessel, but they should never drip over a plate. Please contact us at www.thermofisher.com/contactus.
We recommend running the Boost prime option when the washer unit has not been used for a long time or when no liquid enters the channels during priming.
