How are the D.A.R.T. tips packaged for the Versette Automated Liquid Handler?

The D.A.R.T. tips for the Versette Automated Liquid Handler are packaged as shown below:

Each case contains 4 sleeves and each sleeve in turn contains 5 tip magazines. Hence, each case has 20 tip magazines.

- For the 96-channel pipetting head, each case contains 96 x 20 = 1,920 tips

- For the 384-channel pipetting head, each case contains 384x 20 = 7,680 tips

Can I use any pipette tips with the Versette Automated Liquid Handler?

The Versette Automated Liquid Handler uses a closed-tip platform incorporating D.A.R.T. (Disposable Automation Research Tips) tips. D.A.R.T.s are in disposable rigid magazines and seal onto the pipetting heads by being pressed against a silicone pad.
