Can I use eBioscience Fixable Viability Dye eFluor 455UV (Cat. No. 65-0868-14 or 65-0868-18) in combination with Pacific Blue or eFluor 450?

Yes. The Fixable Viability Dye eFluor 455UV is excited by the UV laser and will not generate signal in the channels for dyes excited by the violet laser such as Pacific Blue and eFluor 450.

Can Fixable Viability Dyes be used with the eBioscience BrdU Staining kits for Flow Cytometry?
