TMEM230 Antibody (702792) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed on membrane enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of SH-SY5Y (Lane 1) and SK-N-AS (Lane 2). The blot was probed with Anti-TMEM230 Recombinant Rabbit Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 702792, 1:10,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A ~13 kDa band corresponding to TMEM230 was observed across the cell lines tested.
