LifeAssure™ PDA filter capsules are sterilizing-grade capsules containing 0.1 or 0.2 μm PES membranes for pharma and bioprocessing. They offer high flow rates, low protein binding, and broad chemical compatibility. Used to sterilize buffers, media, and biological solutions, they can be validated for bacterial retention to ensure safety and compliance. Durable and efficient, they deliver consistent performance and available in various sizes and end fittings.

Validated 0.2 and 0.1 micron rated membrane provides reliable sterilizing filtration
Excellent contaminant capacity, flow rates, and life resulting from robust double-asymmetric membrane layer filter construction
Hydrophilic asymmetric polyethersulfone membrane enables wet out in aqueous solutions for integrity testing
Advanced Pleat Technology construction increases the useful surface area by increasing the flow paths between media pleats
100% forward flow Integrity tested prior to release
Both pre-sterilized and sterilizable LifeASSURE™ PDA capsules are available
