What is the difference between IodoTMT tags and Iodoacetamido-LC-Phosphonic Acid?

Both IodoTMT tags and Iodoacetamido-LC-Phosphonic Acid react with sulfhydryl groups. Iodo TMT tags allow the quantitation of proteins with cysteine amino acids and the oxidative state of sulfhydryl groups, while Iodoacetamido-LC-Phosphonic Acid allow the detection and enrichment of those specific proteins.
