How does the GeneArt Cryopreservation Kit work?

Simply grow your cells in the presence of Cryopreservatin Reagent A for 2-5 days, harvest the cells, and resuspend them in Cryopreservation Reagent B. Follow by freezing the cells at -80 degrees celsius.
