What kind of BSA should I use for diluting the 10X stock solution of Foxp3 Transcription Factor Wash Buffer to a 1X working concentration?

The BSA should be Fraction V, defatted BSA. 'Fraction V' is derived from Cohn method of fractionation using cold ethanol precipitation. The use of chilled ethanol in the Cohn fractionation process preserves the native albumin structure.
