Do I need to perform a normalization calibration for QuantStudio 6 and 7 Flex Real-Time PCR System Software 1.7 after running a QuantStudio 5 Spectral Calibration Plate 1, 384 well (Cat. No. A26334)?

No, you do not need to perform the normalization calibration. The following link, Real-Time PCR Instrument Calibration & Verification Kits, in the “QuantStudio 7 Flex” section, shows that normalization plates are not included if the software is version 1.6 or later.
