I would like to quantify cell-free DNA using a qPCR-based kit. Can I use the resDNASEQ Human Residual DNA Quantitation Kit (Cat. No. A26366)?

We have not tested the resDNASEQ Human Residual DNA Quantitation Kit (Cat. No. A26366) for quantitation of cell free DNA. You would need a cell free DNA isolation kit to extract the cell free DNA. Please take a look at the following link for more information on cell free DNA isolation. Once the cell free DNA is extracted you can use any of the pre-designed or custom TaqMan assays specific for the target gene.
