How do I prepare the Ion PGM Calibration Standard?

When preparing the template preparation reaction, add 10 µL of the Ion PGM Calibration Standard to the amplification solution, and reduce the volume of Nuclease-free water added to 15 µL. When creating your Planned Run in the Torrent Browser, select "Enable Calibration Standard" from the Base Calibration Mode dropdown list in the Kits tab.
