MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification Software Lite v3.1 Bundle, Cat. No. A38912, includes all the components of Cat. No. A30374 and in addition, it includes the validated 500 16S rDNA supplemental bacterial library. Please note that Cat. No. A38912 will be replacing Cat. No. A30374.

"Out of memory" issues may occur when exporting reports in PDF format for large projects (~50 Specimen Full Gene project) analyzed with library sequence lengths exceeding 2,300 bases with 6,000 entries.
"Out of memory" issues may occur during analysis when library sequence lengths exceed 2,300 bases with 6,000 entries. When creating any custom library, we recommend creating ~500 bp sequence length for a 500 kit library, ~1,500 bp sequence length for a full gene kit, and ~350 bp sequence length for a fungal kit.
