How should I store TMT-labeled peptides?

We recommend storing TMT-labeled peptides at 4 degrees C. For long-term storage, we recommend drying down TMT-labeled peptides and storing the lyophilized labeled peptides in a desiccator at -80 degrees C. The length of storage would depend on the specific peptide. In-house, we have stored lyophilized TMT-labeled peptides at -80 degrees C for a maximum period of 3 weeks.
