Can I use the High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin to process mouse serum samples?

No, the High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin cannot be used for mouse samples; the depletion resin contains immobilized antibodies that only recognize human serum or plasma proteins.

Can I reuse the High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin?

We don’t recommend reusing the High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin as depletion efficiency may decrease after regeneration, and subsequent depleted samples may be contaminated from prior ones.

What formats of the High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin do you offer?

The High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin is offered in 3 formats:

a) Resin alone: High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Resin (Cat. No. A36368)
b) High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Mini Spin Columns (Cat. Nos. A36365, A36366) that can process a maximum of 10 µL of human serum or plasma
c) High Select HSA/Immunoglobulin Depletion Midi Spin Columns (Cat. No. A36367) that can process a maximum of 100 µL of human serum or plasma. For serum samples containing abnormally high amounts of albumin or IgG, the sample load may need to be reduced.
