Do you offer pre-designed TaqMan SNP assay panels?

Pre-designed TaqMan SNP Assay Panels are not available. There are only Pharmacogenomics Drug Metabolism (DME) assays for OpenArray technology.

Which master mix do you recommend using with the TaqMan PGx Express Panel, 384-well plate?

We recommend using the TaqMan Genotyping Master Mix (Cat. No. 4371357). Please see the Pharmacogenomics Experiments User Guide Addedum (https://www.thermofisher.com/content/dam/LifeTech/Documents/PDFs/PGx_UG_Addendum_TaqMan_Array_plates_revD.pdf) for details on how much to order.
