Yes, all the components in the Sanger Sequencing Kit are available separately. The individual components can be found on the following product pages:
- For the ExoSAP-IT Express PCR Product Cleanup Reagent please go here (https://www.thermofisher.com/order/catalog/product/75001.4X.1.ML). We recommend replacing the strip septa after each run. Bleach, detergents, or solvents should not be used to clean the septa. Use of these reagents can cause them to dry out faster and risk contaminating the system.
