AccuSEQ™ Real-Time PCR Detection Software v4.0

AccuSEQ Real-Time PCR Detection Software v4.0 is part of an integrated workflow for impurity and contaminant testing during biopharmaceutical manufacturing using the SEQ family of real-time PCR assays, including MycoSEQ, SteriSEQ, resDNASEQ, and ViralSEQ assays. The software is designed to work with the QuantStudio 5 and QuantStudio 7 Pro real-time PCR systems with 96-well plates (0.1-mL, 0.2-mL) and 384-well plates for either fast or standard cycling. Rapid Sterility Testing

For rapid sterility testing, AccuSEQ software offers a plug-in analysis module for automated presence/absence calls when using the SteriSEQ Rapid Sterility Testing System. MMV and Vesivirus Detection
