Genexus™ Templating Strips 3-GX7 and 4 Kit

The Ion Torrent Genexus Templating Strips 3-GX7 and 4 Kit provides eight each of the strips required to perform automated template preparation and chip loading of two GX7 chips using the Genexus Integrated Sequencer. This kit, combined with the GX7 Chip and Genexus Coupler, supports flexible, fully automated template preparation and chip loading of libraries prepared using the Genexus Integrated Sequencer or with an alternative protocol.

As part of the Genexus Integrated Sequencer workflow, the Genexus Templating Strips 3-GX7 and 4 Kit:
• Automates template preparation and GX7 Chip loading for 200–400 base-read Ion AmpliSeq libraries
• Supports intake variability of clinical research samples in a cost-effective manner
• Maximizes flexibility with the ability to load one to four chip lanes per run
• Enables parallel processing of up to four compatible assays in a single run
• Allows fast and simple instrument setup, with less than five minutes of hands-on time
