How should I prepare the MagMAX Plant RNA Kit (Cat. Nos. A33784, A33899, A47157) DNase I solution?

To prepare the MagMAX Plant RNA Kit (Cat. Nos. A33784, A33899) DNase I solution, add 440 µL of DNase I Reconstitution Buffer to each vial of DNase I (lyophilized) and incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes.

To prepare the MagMAX Plant RNA Kit (Cat. No. A47157) DNase I solution, add 10.5 mL of DNase I Reconstitution Buffer to the vial of DNase I (lyophilized) and incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes.
