The MicroSEQ ID Microbial Identification Software, Lite, version 3.1.3 allows you to easily identify and classify bacterial or fungal sequences by comparing them to a validated microbial library (available separately). This Lite version of the software is for use on a stand-alone PC (not connected to the genetic analyzer) for data analyses only.
