TaqMan™ 综合微生物群对照品

The TrueMark Comprehensive Microbiota Control contains a linearized multi-target plasmid pool with microbial target sequences commonly used on Custom OpenArray panels. The control has targets relevant to many microbial profiling applications, including respiratory tract, urinary tract, vaginal microbiota, and antibiotic resistance research. The control can be included as a positive control for panel-specific amplification. It is available in two concentrations: 1 x 10⁵ and 5 x 10⁷ copies/μL. The higher concentration can be used to determine parameters necessary for analytical validation (e.g., limit of detection and Ct cut-off values).

该质粒还包含 TaqMan 通用型 RNA 掺入/逆转录 (Xeno) 对照品、TaqMan 通用提取对照微生物（萎缩芽孢杆菌）和人 RNase P RPPH1 基因的靶序列。在实时 PCR 过程中，该对照品可作为独立样品用于验证测定性能并帮助排除故障。

备注：为确保覆盖较常用的微生物靶标，本产品将逐年更新；同时为确保不同版本间保持一致，还会逐年测定性能。 

版本历史记录：
本产品第1版于2021年4月发布，其中含有471种微生物测定靶标。 
第2版于2021年10月发布，另外新增了83种微生物测定靶标。
第3版于2023年3月发布，另外包含了139种微生物和抗生素抗性靶标。
