NGS Exome RNA Panel

The NGS Exome RNA Panel is a human RNA exome enrichment panel for next-generation sequencing workflows. The panel targets 35.8 Mb across 19,708 genes and 63,215 isoforms, with design content built from GENCODE and RefSeq databases. Its probe design supports enrichment of protein-coding transcript regions, isoforms, and fusion-relevant targets, including use with libraries prepared from challenging sample types such as FFPE-derived RNA. The panel is used as a target enrichment panel with Applied Biosystems standard and quick Target Enrichment Hybridize and Wash workflows.
