It is the better fit for labs that want a fixed, established overnight capture protocol and a baseline workflow that can be implemented with minimal optimization.

Quick workflow. Quick Target Enrichment Hybridize and Wash Kit with Amp Mix (Cat. No. A5057773) uses a flexible 15-minute to 4-hour hybridization and can complete target enrichment in less than one day. Hybridization times greater than 1 hour are recommended for optimal performance in most applications, and Quick Target Enrichment Wash Buffer 1 temperature can be adjusted to optimize off-target effects and uniformity for specific use cases.

Shared workflow considerations. Both options are designed for use with amplified, indexed libraries prepared upstream with the Enzymatic Fragmentation DNA Library Prep with Amp Mix and Library Index Adapter Kit.
