Single reagent setup
SalivaReady Solution, when combined in a simple 1:1 ratio with saliva sample, is capable of directly proceeding to RT-qPCR analysis after a short heating protocol.

Short, simple protocol
Saliva samples in SalivaReady Solution require a short heating protocol consisting of 5 min at 62°C, 5 min at 92°C, and 2 min at 4°C. This simplified protocol can be easily accomplished on any 96-well-format thermal cycler. Additionally, SalivaReady Solution is compatible with saliva samples that have been heat-treated in their collection tubes, an optional pre-treatment step to inactivate potentially infectious agents.

Advanced formulation
SalivaReady Solution combines the benefits of physical, chemical, and enzymatic treatment solutions in a single formulation to improve RT-qPCR sensitivity and reduce sample variability typically caused by matrix effects and inhibitors.

Ready for high throughput
Up to 96 samples can be prepared at once in a single 96-well plate. Combined with an easy workflow consisting of two easy transfer steps and a short temperature protocol, SalivaReady Solution is ready for high throughput configurations.
