What is the SureQuant Phosphopeptide Suitability Standard?

The SureQuant Phosphopeptide Suitability Standard is an optimized mixture of 20 isotopically labeled HeavyPeptide AQUA Basic phosphopeptides for LC optimization and monitoring of LC-MS/MS system performance. The specific phosphopeptides represent relevant proteins from key signaling pathways that include serine, threonine, and tyrosine phosphorylation.

The SureQuant Phosphopeptide Suitability Standard is provided at a final concentration of 500 fmol/µL. Differences in peak height of each peptide in the mix in LC-MS/MS analysis are due to differences in charge state, solubility, matrix effect, and hydrophilicity/hydrophobicity.
