We recommend using at least 3 cells from embryo biopsy samples, keeping in mind that data quality increases with input. We have tested up to 10 cells in house but expect good tolerance at higher levels. If using gDNA, we recommend using at least 75 pg. Please note that dilutions of gDNA are prone to loss to plastics.
