What is the maximum input amount of RNA that can be used per reaction when working with the Poly(A) Tailing Kit (Cat. No. AM1350)?

The maximum recommended input is 40 µg of RNA. This RNA could be total RNA, MEGAscript transcript or even bacterial RNA.
