5-CFDA, AM 是一种可用作活力探针的细胞可透过性酯酶底物,可测量激活其荧光所需的酶活性和使其荧光产物保留在细胞内所需的细胞膜完整性。可将 CFDA 的电子中性 AM 酯以低于 CFDA 的浓度上样至细胞中。被细胞内酯酶水解后,该 AM 酯还会产生羧基荧光素。与荧光素染料相比,羧基荧光素含有额外的负电荷,因此能更好地保留在细胞中。
