钙校准缓冲液试剂盒旨在为使用荧光计或定量成像系统测定荧光 Ca2+ 指示剂的解离常数 (Kd) 提供帮助。指示剂的 Kd 可通过扫描指示剂在存在 11 种不同的 Ca2+ 浓度情况下的激发或发射光而生成的图计算。钙校准试剂盒 #1 含 50 mL 10 mM K2EGTA 和 50 mL 10 mM CaEGTA。两种溶液均含 100 mM KCl 和 30 mM MOPS(pH 值 7.2),且均在去离子水中制备。可将这些储备液混合,以制备游离 Ca2+ 范围为 0 µM 至 39 µM 的缓冲液。
