使用 EnzChek 磷酸酶检测试剂盒可连续监测磷酸酶活性,即使在中性或酸性 pH 值条件下也能够进行监测。本款试剂盒包含 Molecular Probes 专有的 6,8-二氟-4-甲基伞形酮磷酸酯 (DiFMUP) 底物 (D6567)。在 pH 值为5.5的条件下检测前列腺酸性磷酸酶时,DiFMUP 的灵敏度比 4-甲基伞形酮磷酸酯 (MUP) 高约100倍。该试剂盒非常适合连续测定前列腺酸性磷酸酶、蛋白磷酸酶1或几乎任何其他可使用非蛋白质底物例如 MUP 或 4-硝基苯磷酸盐 (PNPP) 进行测定的磷酸酶。每个试剂盒均包含足够以 100 µL 的反应体积进行 ∼1000 次测定的底物。荧光(最大激发/发射波长为 ∼358/455 nm)可以使用荧光微孔板读数仪或标准荧光计进行测量。

What is the reaction product excitation/emission maxima when using the EnzChek Phosphatase Assay kit?

The reaction product has excitation/emission maxima of approximately 358/455 nm. Fluorescence can be measured in a fluorescence microplate reader or a standard fluorometer.
