EnzChek™ Ultra 淀粉酶检测试剂盒为高通量测量淀粉酶活性或筛选淀粉酶抑制剂提供了一种快速、高度灵敏且便利的液体方法。EnzChek™ 试剂盒内含淀粉衍生物——DQ™ 淀粉底物,其使用 BODIPY™ FL 染料进行标记以达到淬灭荧光的程度。此底物能够被淀粉酶有效降解;消化可以消除淬灭并产生具有强烈荧光的片段。反应产生的荧光与淀粉酶活性成正比,可利用带标准荧光滤光片的荧光微孔板读数仪或荧光计监测。

EnzChek™ Ultra 淀粉酶检测试剂盒规格:
• 标记(激发/发射波长):BODIPY™ FL 偶联物(∼502/512 nm)
•试剂盒包含冻干底物、10X 反应缓冲液、底物溶剂、荧光标准品以及详细实验方案
