FluoZin™-3 指示剂是一种具有与 fluo-4 相似结构的 Zn2+ 选择性指示剂。FluoZin™-3 表现出高 Zn2+ 结合亲和力,不受高达至少 1 µM Ca2+ 浓度影响。此外,在 Zn2+ 饱和水平下,FluoZin™-3 显示荧光增加了 >50 倍。尽管以 FluoZin™-3 的成像应用为主,但也开发了基于细胞的微孔板检测和流式细胞分析方案。FluoZin™-3 指示剂有可渗透细胞和不可渗透细胞两种规格。
