Do I need to use Fast plastics to run a Fast qPCR reaction?

Specialized Fast PCR plates are not required if you are using a standard qPCR machine with a fast protocol. However, Fast Block PCR Plates (AB-1900) can be purchased which are compatible with the thermal blocks on fast qPCR thermal cyclers.
