Depending on the RNA fragment size, we recommend the following ladders:

• RiboRuler Low Range RNA ladder, (100 bp-1,000 bp) (Cat. No. SM1833)


• RiboRuler High Range RNA ladder, (200 bp-6,000 bp) (Cat. No. SM1823)
