How should I dilute Interleukin 4, human (Cat. No. J67406XXX) for use?

You should briefly centrifuge Interleukin 4, human (Cat. No. J67406XXX) prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute it in a siliconized tube to a final concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL IL-4 using PBS containing 0.1% BSA. Reconstituted solutions are stable for up to one week at 2-8 degrees C. We recommend that you aliquot stock solutions and store the aliquots at -80 degrees C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions containing BSA or serum.
