Fast DNA End Repair Kit - FAQs

I recently ordered the Fast DNA End Repair Kit and noticed precipitates in the 10x reaction mix after thawing. Can I still use it?

It is possible for precipitates to form in the 10x reaction mix. The buffer contains DTT which can precipitate after freezing. We recommend resuspending it by vortexing the solution. This should only take a few minutes. We have observed no negative impact on the reaction if the DTT has precipitated and been resuspended again.
