How do you get labeled probe from the SuperScript RNA Amplification System?

This kit converts your RNA into amplified amounts of in vitro transcribed RNA. There are two labeling options to chose from: (1) include labeled UTP in the in vitro transcription to result in labeled RNA probe or (2) perform a first-strand synthesis on the non-labeled, in vitro transcribed RNA in the presence of labeled dCTP or dTTP to result in labeled cDNA probe.
