LI Silver (LIS) 增强试剂盒是一种便利的银增强系统,对光不敏感,可与我们的胶体金和 NANOGOLD 试剂配合使用。在银 (I) 离子和还原剂存在条件下,金粒子能将银 (I) 离子还原为金属银。形成的金属银沉积在金粒子上,将粒子直径扩大至30到100 nm。采用胶体金进行染色的组织或印迹将通过这一自动金相程序“产生”黑色染色效果,并且可在光学显微镜下观察。LI Silver 增强试剂盒由 Nanoprobes, Inc. 研制,适用于 Molecular Probes 试剂盒。
