The LInspector CC system builds on our long and distinguished heritage in gauging technology. Specifically designed for electrode thickness measurement during calendering, it incorporates the latest confocal chromatic, optical non-contact technology to deliver unprecedented accuracy, repeatability, and dimensional resolution. The confocal system provides real-time, closed-loop feedback for roll gap and coating uniformity, which reduces waste and improves coating consistency. Its non-contact optical method helps ensure long service life, stable measurement at high line speeds, and maintenance-free operation even in demanding production environments and conformance to cleanroom specifications.
The LInspector CC system is a compact complete system for easy integration. It is comprised of an integrated linear unit that includes motor control, a compact bus terminal box, an automatic calibration unit and a multi-touch PC with pre-installed software. The entire system is powered via a 24 V source.
