Cytokeratin 7 Antibody (MA1-06316) in ICC/IF
Immunofluorescence analysis of Cytokeratin 7 was performed using 70% confluent log phase HeLa cells. MA1-06316 detects Cytokeratin 7 in human samples.
MA1-06316 has sucessfully been used in Western blotting, immunocytochemistry, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry. Pretreatment is required for paraffin sections; 0.1% pronase/0.1% trypsine in PBS or 0.5% pepsine in HCL or microwave pretreatment suggested.
The MA1-06316 immunogen is a cytoskeletal preparation of OTN-11 ovarian carcinoma cell line.

Target Information
Cytokeratin 7 blocks interferon-dependent interphase and stimulates DNA synthesis in cells. Involved in the translational regulation of the human papillomavirus type 16 E7 mRNA (HPV16 E7).
