MA1-70057 has been successfully used in flow cytometry, ELISA, immunoprecipitation and Western blot procedures.
The MA1-70057 immunogen is human complement Factor H.
Store at 4°C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze unused portion at -20°C in volumes appropriat for single usage. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Factor H is a serum protein acting as an inhibitor in the complement activation system. I activates the C3/C5 convertase by dissociating its subunits and also acts as a cofactor for the enzyme activity of Factor I.
