AVPR1A Antibody (MA5-18115) in WB
Western blot analysis of AVPR1A in various lysates. Samples were incubated with AVPR1A monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-18115) using a dilution of 1:2,000 followed by Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at a dilution of 1:10,000. Lysates/proteins: 20 µg per lane. Lane 1: K562 whole cell lysates; Lane 2: A549 whole cell lysates; Lane 3: HL-60 whole cell lysates. Predicted band size: 47 kDa. Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST.
