EXOSC1 Antibody (MA5-27008) in IHC (P)
Immunohistochemistry was performed on paraffin-embedded human lymphoma tissue. To expose target proteins, heat-induced epitope retrieval by 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer (pH8.5) at 120°C for 3 min. Following antigen retrieval, tissues were probed with a EXOSC1 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-27008) at a dilution of 1:150.

This gene encodes a core component of the exosome. The mammalian exosome is required for rapid degradation of AU rich element-containing RNAs but not for poly(A) shortening. The association of this protein with the exosome is mediated by protein-protein interactions with ribosomal RNA-processing protein 42 and ribosomal RNA-processing protein 46.
